    Main triathlon distance: approx. 250 m swimming, 20 km cycling, and 4 km running.

    Duathlon distance: 1.5 km running, 20 km cycling, and 4 km running.

    Youth duathlon distance: 4 km cycling and 1 km running.

    NB! The number of participants is limited!

    The triathlon is open to 400 competitors, the duathlon to 200, and the youth duathlon to 100.

    PROGRAM

    10:00 Race center open at Sportland Kõrvemaa Hiking and Ski Center, bib pickup
    10:30 Kids’ duathlon (800 m cycling + 400 m running, for children up to 10 years old)
    11:00 Youth duathlon mass start (4 km cycling + 1 km running, for participants up to 17 years old)
    11:50 Transition area closes (all bikes must be in the transition zone); test swim in the pond 11:00–11:50
    12:00 TRIATHLON START (wave start by start list – groups of five every 10 seconds)
    12:40 Duathlon mass start
    14:30 Awards ceremony and prize draw
    15:30 Finish closes

    Seniors (age 60+) and youth (up to 17) receive a 50% discount for early registration on standard distances. The discount is applied automatically based on the year of birth. The minimum discounted price is 15 EUR. The discount does not apply to the youth race, as it already has a special price of 15 EUR.

    When registering at least 5 participants at once, a 10% discount applies. For 10 or more participants registered together, a 20% discount applies. If registering from the same company/team, please indicate the company name, as the best company of the series will be awarded at the end of the season.

    The non-timed kids’ duathlon is free; registration on site.

    Entry fee includes: Organized race and marked course, chip timing, medical assistance if needed, refreshment station service, medal, bottle of water at the finish, warm soup and smoothie from Salvest, access to a hot sauna with hot tubs and showers, bike wash, supervised childcare, free parking, prizes for winners + raffle prizes. The race packet includes bib fasteners, a Nicks bar, and a Speedo swim cap.

    This is the largest off-road triathlon in Estonia. The number of participants on the main distance is limited! We accept up to 400 participants for the main triathlon, 200 for the duathlon, and 100 for the youth duathlon.

    Triathlon distance: 250 m swimming, 20 km cycling, and 4 km running.

    Starting from 13:00, all participants are offered delicious Salvest soup and smoothie, and the sauna with hot tubs is open for free.

    Viimaste talvede tendents on näidanud, et suusatada on saanud ainult kunstlume radadel. Kohalik elanikkond on pidanud sõitma keskustesse, kus on kunstlume valmistamise võimalus. Enamus sellistest kohtades on aga Lõuna-Eestis. Põhja-Eesti rajad (Nõmme, Pirita ja Valgehobusemäe on olnud väga üle rahvastatud. Tänu kunstlume tootmisele Kõrvemaal saab kohalik kogukond talverõõme nautida ilma suuremate kulutusteta ja ebamugavusteta. Lisaks tekib piirkonda turismitulu, siia kaugemalt sõitvate tervise sportlaste ja perede näol. Liikluspiirangute märkide olemasolu annab võimaluse ohutuks ning turvaliseks spordisündmuste läbiviimiseks ja võimaldab ka teistel korraldajatel antud inventari kasutada.
